When the 7 days begin
The 7 days begin the moment your purchase is made. Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days (168 hours) of that moment.
What you get back
We will refund every payment you have made for the course, including the $16 administrative fee. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days.
Your payment plan and access
If your refund is approved, any remaining monthly payments on your three-month plan are cancelled. Your access to the course, the student forum and the live Zoom sessions will end.
After the 7 days
Refunds are not available after the 7-day period.
Request a refund
Sign in to your student account, then fill out the form below with your name, the email you used to enroll, and your order number. You can find your order number in your dashboard under Orders. We will reply within 2 business days. If you have trouble signing in, reply to your course welcome email.
